At the end of the workshop, you will receive a personal participation diploma , signed by the master pastry chef, as a memento of your experience in our workshop.
Throughout the course, a photographer will document the various phases of the activity , capturing the most significant moments of preparation and final sharing.
After the experience, you will receive all the digital photographs of the workshop , so you can preserve and relive the memory of your day dedicated to the Sienese confectionery tradition.

No, no experience is required. The workshop is also designed for those who have never cooked before. Paolo, the master pastry chef, will guide every step of the preparation, one step at a time.
