Cavallucci are ancient Sienese traditional biscuits made with honey, spices, candied fruit and walnuts. During this course, you will discover the history of this rustic dessert and learn how to make it following artisan pastry techniques.

Guided by master pastry chef Paolo, you will work the dough and prepare the Cavallucci that you will take home as a souvenir of your experience in the laboratory.
